Working in partnership with our GP practice clients, being fully responsible for all project risks and costs, Apollo can;
Assess the needs and aspirations of the practice, recommending the most viable property solution to secure the long term future of the service.
Produce a Business Case suitable for any specific project (new building or extension) based on our experience and understanding of the primary care market.
Assist with the securing of appropriate funds from the NHS/CCG; revenue, capital and one off transactions costs.
Take responsibility for the project team of consultants to design and construct a technically compliant and sustainable property solution.
Manage the development process and be fully responsible for all the project costs and risks.
Integrate complimentary health service providers into a new facility such as Pharmacies.
Ensure that there is a cost effective and affordable exit strategy in place for the disposal of the existing premises following relocation.
Offer help and assistance with the relocation and moving in process to ensure a smooth transition from the old to the new building.
