Working in partnership with our GP practice clients, being fully responsible for all project risks and costs, Apollo can;

• Assess the needs and aspirations of the practice, recommending the most viable property solution to secure the long term future of the service.
• Produce a Business Case suitable for any specific project (new building or extension) based on our experience and understanding of the primary care market.
• Assist with the securing of appropriate funds from the NHS/CCG; revenue, capital and one off transactions costs.
• Take responsibility for the project team of consultants to design and construct a technically compliant and sustainable property solution.
• Manage the development process and be fully responsible for all the project costs and risks.
• Integrate complimentary health service providers into a new facility such as Pharmacies.
• Ensure that there is a cost effective and affordable exit strategy in place for the disposal of the existing premises following relocation.
• Offer help and assistance with the relocation and moving in process to ensure a smooth transition from the old to the new building.
