Working on behalf of our GP clients who may wish to retain control and ownership of their buildings and be responsible for the project costs and risks, Apollo can;

• Prepare and produce Business cases for funding and service delivery approval.
• Offer strategic development advice, for example where a GP practice has multiple building locations.
• Advise on Sale & Lease back of surgery premises.
• Deliver Project Management services for surgery extension work or for the relocation to new premises.
• Provide a technical monitoring role for the construction of either new buildings or extensions.
• Offer Asset Management advice where a GP client may have federated with other practices and have a desire to maximise the efficiency and viability of each building.
• Formulate an exit strategy from premises to maximise values and minimise costs.
